We have had a great experience with our driver Jayaranga Rajitha (Raji), with whom we travelled a large part of Sri Lanka in Jan-Feb 2022. First from Colombo airport to Kalpitiya. After couple of days in Kalpitiya he picked us up and drove to Sigriya. From Sigriya we went south to Ahangama for surfing. And finally, after a week, he drove us back to the airport. He was always on time. He has been extremely helpfull, finding us great food, helping us with arranging a doctor for our daughter, suggesting interesting places, best offers, etc. Raji was always smiling, He was our "entertainment, happiness and care provider". But first and foremost, he turned out to be a great guide and story teller. All the way we travelled he talked about Sri Lankan history, historic places, Sri Lankan local habits, surroundings, elephants, rice, ancient palaces, old Sri Lankan capitols, etc. We have not been bored during our lenghty trips for a moment.
