Day 01 - Negombo
Our representatives will meet you at the Bandaranaike International Airport and drive you to the capital city of Colombo.
There you will check in to the hotel in Negombo for your first night of the Family tour in Sri Lanka.
Day 02 & 03 - Sigiriya
The following morning, you’ll travel to Sigiriya, stopping along the way to see the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and interact
with the elephants there. On day two, you’ll spend the night in the Sigiriya hotel.
The Cholas Dynasty left behind ruins in the Ancient City of Polonnaruwa, which you can see on the morning of Day 3.
Following that, you can enjoy a fantastic Sri Lankan rice and curry experience near Priyamali House.
You will end the day by experiencing an amazing sunset atop the Sigiriya Lions Rock.
Day 04 - Kandy
On the fourth day of their journey, the family will travel to Kandy after seeing the Dambulla Cave Temple in the neighboring city of Dambulla. Once there, you’ll enjoy an incredible viewing tour of Kandy Lake, and in the evening, you’ll be taken to attend a cultural dance performance. You’ll spend the night at the hotel in Kandy.
Day 05 & 06 - Nuwara Eliya
You will participate in the Temple of the Tooth’s ceremonial event in the morning. You will then set out on your journey to the
lovely town of Nuwara Eliya. You make a pit stop along the way to explore the magnificent Ramboda WaterFalls. Your overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya will be in a hotel there.
On day six, we take you to Horton Plains, a breathtaking area, and the trail that leads to the “World’s End” location. Visits to the opulent tea plantations, Pedro Tea Factory, and a boat safari on Gregory Lake are also planned. You go back to the hotel for the night at the conclusion of the day.
Day 07 - Ella
The following morning we have a beautiful train journey lined up for you from Nanu Oya to the breathtaking town of Ella.
Upon reaching, you can visit the “Little Adams Peak ” and the Rawana WaterFalls. In Ella you also have the unique
opportunity of taking part in a cookery class that teaches you how to make authentic Sri Lankan Rice and Curry. Your
overnight stay will be at the hotel in Ella .
Day 08 - Yala
You will go to the island’s south on day eight. on the route to Yala, the city. You will be driven on a thrilling Jeep Safari at Yala
National Park after you arrive. You will spend the night at the hotel in Yala.
Day 09 - Mirissa
The next day you will be driven to the neighboring city of Mirissa. En route, you can visit the fish market as well as observe
the old and mind boggling tradition of stilt fishing. Once you check in to the hotel in Mirissa, you can relax on the beach for
the rest of the day.
Day 10, 11 , 12 - Bentota
Early next morning we will take you on a whale watching tour in Mirissa and then drive you to Galle, where you will explore the Galle Dutch Fort. Your next stop will be in Bentota, which is also on the southern coastline. Check in to the hotel you will be staying over for the night.
As you approach the end of this Sri Lanka family tour, days eleven and twelve are completely dedicated towards relaxing at the beach, giving yourself a nice sun tan and spending quality time with your family.
Day 13 & 14 - Colombo
On day thirteen, you will begin your journey to Colombo. On the way, we lined up a visit to the turtle Hatchery and a boat ride on Madu Lake. Once in Colombo, your night stay will be at the hotel in Colombo.
Day fourteen is assigned for exploring the city and doing some shopping, provided you have sufficient time before the departure of your flight. You are now at the end of the wonderful and luxurious tour with Blue Lanka Tours.
