You must bear the cost yourself for the entrance fees as per the standard practices of legislations. We are always approachable to get you the charges well before the your exit or before reaching the destination. It is mentioned in relevant tour packages pages.
If an accident occurs while traveling in a vehicle, it is insured for LKR 500,000. It belongs to all the vehicles we use for transportation. We never come across situation as of now though; eventually, if something happens during any activities, the traveler can claim from their travel insurance.
We will charge 50% from the agreed invoice total on confirmation and the balance can be handed over to the Rokmi’s representative at the airport or prior 7 days arrival.

Return and Refund Policy
Once you made the booking and it’s confirmed you will be asked to pay by the RokmiTour an advance amount as a token for confirming the tour.
If in any case you change your mind and making a request to cancel the booking, please make sure you make the cancelling 14 days prior to the day you planed to travel.
- 14 Days before the travelling date- 100% Refundable.
- 7 Days Before the travelling date – 50% Refundable
- 3 Days before the travelling date – Non Refundable

We have had a great experience with our driver Jayaranga Rajitha (Raji), with whom we travelled a large part of Sri Lanka in Jan-Feb 2022. First from Colombo airport to Kalpitiya. After couple of days in Kalpitiya he picked us up and drove to Sigriya. From Sigriya we went south to Ahangama for surfing. And finally, after a week, he drove us back to the airport. He was always on time. He has been extremely helpfull, finding us great food, helping us with arranging a doctor for our daughter, suggesting interesting places, best offers, etc. Raji was always smiling, He was our "entertainment, happiness and care provider". But first and foremost, he turned out to be a great guide and story teller. All the way we travelled he talked about Sri Lankan history, historic places, Sri Lankan local habits, surroundings, elephants, rice, ancient palaces, old Sri Lankan capitols, etc. We have not been bored during our lenghty trips for a moment.
