Depending on your stage of pregnancy, you will have to remove certain attractions such as Dambulla Cave temple and jeep safari in Minneriya National Park from the itinerary to make it suitable for you. From the ideal, if you are more than 05 months pregnant, it should be considered.

We have had a great experience with our driver Jayaranga Rajitha (Raji), with whom we travelled a large part of Sri Lanka in Jan-Feb 2022. First from Colombo airport to Kalpitiya. After couple of days in Kalpitiya he picked us up and drove to Sigriya. From Sigriya we went south to Ahangama for surfing. And finally, after a week, he drove us back to the airport.
